Cancellation and Return Policy

For any reason you can cancel any order in 14 days from the day of receipt of the items only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation or by using our ORDERS & RETURNS form found on the Contact Page.

Our Customers can return a product for any reason within 14 days from the delivery date from the customer’s location to our location. The returned products must be in the same condition that was received by the customer. Products that have being used, washed, damaged, opened or stained in any manner or made any changes that made the items unusable will not be accepted. Return shipping at Simply MA.DE premises is at the customer’s expense. We will not held responsible or obligated to pay any shipping fees for Returns or Cancellations. Returned products can be exchanged with another product or products of the same value.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items only if they are faulty.
Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately.
If you do not wish to change your product with another one, we will give you a voucher with the corresponting amount or refund the amount paid in the same way you paid.
Customer is responsible for Return Shipping Costs.

Damaged & Defective Products

If a Customer receives products that are damaged or defective, they can return the products back to the company premises within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the customer’s location.
Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify Simply MA.DE immediately. Please contact Customer Service by email at support@simplymade.eu or by using our ORDERS & RETURNS form found on the Contact Page WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for our company in order to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise can be exchanged for the exact same product or products of the same value.
The order receipt note must be included together with the returned products. The returned products should be in the original condition, not used or washed in any manner.

Replacement Policy

Customer is responsible for returning damaged or defective products to Simply MA.DE
Simply MA.DE will not ship replacement products until the receipt of damaged or defective items.
All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.
